Corporate Wellness

To help patients and their families learn more about how to improve their physical and emotional health, Dr. Albanese provides weekly in-office health workshops. Realizing there was a need to reach more people, he founded Richmond Total Wellness. Richmond Total Wellness is designed to help companies and organizations create healthier individuals and corporate environments. During his presentations Dr. Albanese is very interactive and engaging with his audience, creating a very dynamic learning environment. The workshops are motivational, as well as educational. They provide practical tools that can be utilized on a daily basis to foster greater physical, emotional, and social health.

When the information and practical tools from the workshops are applied, personal and professional relationships are enhanced. Studies performed at Brigham Young University have shown that employees who participate in workplace health programs miss fewer workdays and as Steven Aldana, Director of the research team states, “Many corporations use health promotion programs as a reactionary effort to curtail ever increasing employee-related expenses of health care and lost productivity.”

Dr. Albanese encourages corporate participation in wellness programs to help employees learn more about improving their personal well-being, which when applied in the workplace has tremendous benefit.
