Health Workshops
To help patients and their families learn more about how to improve their physical and emotional health, Dr. Albanese provides weekly in-office health workshops. During his presentations Dr. Albanese is very interactive and engaging with his audience, creating a very dynamic learning environment. The workshops are motivational, as well as educational. They provide practical tools that can be utilized on a daily basis to foster greater physical, emotional, and social health. When the information and practical tools from the workshops are applied, personal and professional relationships are enhanced.

Lifestyle Makeover
(A Two Part Series)
**Due to the amount of information covered in each part of “Lifestyle Makeover”, this talk is presented as two separate workshops. We recommend scheduling Part I and Part II within 30 days to have the biggest impact and be most beneficial.**
Part I- “The Problem”
An in-depth look at the products we use and the ingredients, additives and chemicals in those products and how they can have a negative effect on our health. We will also look at the “American Diet” and why so many people are prone to diabetes, heart disease, digestive problems, cancer and premature aging.
Part II- “The Solution”
Awareness of what causes conditions like diabetes, heart disease, cancer and premature aging is important, and in this workshop we will show you what changes you can make to improve… your lifestyle. Learn how to read food labels, develop a healthy diet and gain knowledge about healthy, cost effective alternatives to the products you currently use. Lifestyle Makeover is about making better choices concerning the foods we eat, chemicals we use and products we buy. This knowledge and awareness will help create a healthier environment, household and individuals.
